This is site is built to be super friendly, however sometimes people get a bit confused, here are some important things.

First you need to create an account.  If you are an existing customer of ours, we would have already setup an account for you and you would have received a "Account login invitation" 

If you are a new account, go to the right hand side of the screen and click on the little guy between the search and cart button. 

Create your account. 

Then go shopping! 

Note: You cannot see our WHOLESALE prices unless you create an account. 

If you are looking for something specific, use the search feature on the right hand side, it's the magnifying glass. example "Lamp" or a specific sku code "26829" .

In order to place an order you must be logged in.  Please do this before adding items to your cart. 

The default charge on shipping is $1.00, this is a place holder.  Once we get your order we will get it all packed up and phone you for payment and what the cost is on shipping your order. 

Once we get your order we will mark it as "fulfilled".  This allows us to which are new orders, versus orders that we are working on.  We will also mark it paid, once again this is just for our reference to know that we have printed off and are working on your order.  When the order is ready to go, we will phone you for payment, etc.
