1. Why can't I see prices?

3. How does the check out work, do I have to pay right away?
No you don't have to pay right away. The website is setup to take your order, we then fill it and call you when it's ready to ship.
4. How do I contact you?

5. I need to change my account settings, how do I do that?

6. I placed my order, but there's no shipping charge?
Our system defaults to charging you a dollar for shipping (it's a place holder). Once your order is ready to ship we will get a quote on shipping and then phone you. Normally we ship thru Canada Post or via Truck, depending on the size of your order.
7. When will my order ship?
Provided we have all of your product in stock, we can ship very quickly. On occasion it can take 1-4 weeks.
8. The website is charging me taxes, but our company is on a reserve. Will I be charged taxes on my final order?
No not at all. Prior to shipping out your order we will revise your invoice. Please let us know that via email, phone or a note on your order.
9. I'm looking for something specific but can't find it?
At the top right hand corner of the screen is a magnifying glass, click there and type in your search parameters. You can search by code, or by product type ex "Doll"
10. Are those wholesale prices or retail?
Those are our wholesale prices.
11. My order was marked paid, and shipped but neither has happened?
Our system works like a order form/packing slip. Once we have received your order we will start working on it. To differentiate between new orders, and old orders we mark them as "paid" and fulfilled. Once your order is complete and ready to ship we will call you for a payment and shipping instructions.
12. I want a specific product, even though the product is labelled assorted?
A lot of our products are shipped in assorted lots. An example would be Hunting caps, we get a variety from our supplier and the designs change on a regular basis. It is very difficult for us to get the exact "orange deer with gun in camo and a red band on top of the hat" every time. We will do our best to find specific products, however we would prefer to sell you some product rather than none.
